If you’re looking to switch jobs, and you want to make more money… you’re in luck!
Heck, even if you’re not employed yet, but are looking for a job, now’s the time to find one because there are millions of jobs available, all across America.[1]
In a moment, FindYourJobNow.com will show you how we can help you find a job to either switch to if you’re already employed, or help you find a job if you’re not employed yet.
First, all the job openings aside, there’s opportunities for many of us who are looking for a new job, especially for those of us who are looking to switch jobs.
Why?
Well, have a look at this headline from Yahoo! Finance: “Americans who switch jobs are seeing pay gains nearly double of those who stay put.”[2]
That’s an eye opener, right?
So, what’s the wage increase for those who switch jobs as compared to those who stay at their current job? Get this… for job switchers, the year-over-year pay increase was 10%.
And for “job stayers” the increase was just 5.1%.
This means people who switch jobs saw about double the pay increase than people who stayed put.
Further, research from Economist Impact shows that 70% of full-time workers would be willing to change jobs if they got better benefits.[3]
And if the data compiled in Yahoo! and Economist Impact is right, and we have no reason to believe otherwise, it means a whole lot of people could be willing to switch jobs, asap.
But…
If this sounds like you, there could be some competition out there, so you should consider looking to switch jobs sooner rather than later (see how below).
Now, you may love your current job and the pay and benefits you get might not matter that much to you…
And that’s fine.
But if you’re like a lot of us, pay does matter. And it matters a lot. That’s why right now may be a good time to look at switching…
Especially if you could get a 10% increase in year-over-year pay as Yahoo! says happened.
And the best part is, you might not have to switch your field of work to potentially find a better paying job. You might only have to switch your employer.
So, if you’re looking to stay in the same field of work but switch employers, here’s what to do:
Simply visit our homepage. Right there, up top, you’ll see our job search bar.
Type your current field of work, and the city or town you want to work in, right into the search bars. Then click “View Jobs” … and your options will appear!
However, if you’re not employed yet and don’t know what field you want to work in, but are looking for a job, well we can help you too.
Instead of typing the type of job you’re looking for, just type “Jobs” and where you want to work, then click “View Jobs.”
Once you do, we’ll show you all the job openings we’ve compiled in your area.
You may just find a great job is waiting for you to apply for.
It’s as easy as that!
