In no particular order, they are:
Staples: Part timers are offered dental and vision coverage, life and short term disability insurance. Also, part timers can be eligible to participate in a 401K program.
UPS: After accumulating between225 and 400 hours of work over a 90 day period, part timers can become eligible for medical and dental coverage, vision, hearing and prescription discounts. Additionally, the company offers an “earn as you learn” tuition program.
JP Morgan Chase: After 90 days as a part timer, employees may be offered medical, dental, vision, as well as access to a 401K program.
Walmart: For part-timers who work at least 30 hours a week, the company offers medical, dental, vision, as well as a 401K.
Target: For part-timers who log between 20 and 29 hours a week, the company offers the same pay as full-timers, plus various health coverage and a 401K. Like UPS, Target also offers tuition assistance.
Starbucks: If you’re a part-timer who logs at least 240 hours for three consecutive months, then average at least 20 per week… health insurance, 401K, paid vacation, a 30% discount… and more.
Costco: With 24 hours a week as a part-timer, you could become eligible for heath coverage, including medical, vision and prescription drugs.
Home Depot: Part time workers at the Home Depot are offered dental and vision, as well as access to a 401K, plus discount programs!
